Pamela Galli of La Galleria has released a new home today, the Topanga Canyon home.  The build reminds me of Frank Lloyd Wright designs and has inspired a new project on Lost Horizon.  No details forth coming yet as everything is still in the planning stage.   The Topanga Canyon home will be a focal point for sure.

Topanga Canyon ~ Front View

Every texture used from the floors and walls,  to the windows, to the leaded glass doors are exquisite.  A pool is included  and there are two patios and two balconies fulfilling the need for outdoor spaces.  A pergola covers the rear balcony and clicking it will give you an option for hanging ivy or not.

The part – mesh house is open and airy with a footprint of  35 x 40 and a LI/prim count of 115. The front and rear patios have been modified by me and have a LI of 20 and 11 respectively. There is a great room, office/media room, breakfast room, kitchen and dining room comprising the main floor.  Upstairs two bedrooms and a bath complete the layout.

Pam has set the Topanga Canyon home at an introductory price for a short while.  I understand she has hidden a little something in the house as well. May have to hunt for it a bit 🙂  Be kind to one another.  TWMA 🙂
