When my toes are sunk into warm sand and the ocean is lapping at my feet, when I breathe in the scent of salt and hear the cry of a seagull, I know that I am returned to a place of restoration. I am home. I can heal here.
When I knew I would do a beach build, I started a list of needs and wants and began my search. My one must-have was that the house needed to be modern. Stopping by Roost Homes, I found the home that fulfilled my needs and more. The Trenton Rise house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, one part of a master en suite, living, dining, office, family, kitchen, and laundry rooms—more than enough to satisfy my need to decorate. There is a large patio on the ground floor and two nice-sized balcony patios on the second floor. I love the atrium just off the main entrance. One can also purchase a few add-ons, including a garage, a guest wing, a basement, a pool, office furniture, laundry items, and so much more. I promise to showcase more of the exterior and interior in later posts.
