The corset is by E-Clipse Design and will be available at the newest round of On9 opening on the 9th.  The cutouts with frills surrounding them and the way the corset is pieced is very unusual.  Haven’t seen anything like it and I love it! Happy Hump Day!  Be kind to one another.  TWMA♥
