I once made the statement in a post long ago that I would never do a winter theme in my region. Today I eat those words.

While I am quite pleased with the result thus far, I am not done. First life has a continuous habit of infringing upon my Second Life right now, and those responsibilities have to come first. I digress. Although the region is covered in snow, I’ve left a few areas sparse so that visitors can rez their own items and create their own winter scene.

Pyrenees Atlantiques, where Petit Lac Des Cygne is situated, is now open to the public through December. Do stop by, and if I am there, say hello. Here is your ride. Be kind to one another. TWMA♥

Esper Region on Bellisseria

April 16th of this year I was able to snag a traditional home on the new continent Bellisseria. A few weeks later, my alt was fortunate enough to grab a houseboat on the Double Region. Both houses are included in the Parade of Homes Tour on Bellisseria.

I have had a Linden Home since day 2 of my existence in Second Life. When there are restarts or when Petit Lac Des Cygne is open to the public I have always had a place I can go to.

I am pondering releasing the traditional as it is the ability to rez my watercraft right outside my door that appealed to me. The houseboat view is just about as perfect one can get on the water, and the region is quiet and lag free with only seven other houseboats in the area.

Time here on Bellisseria is spent exploring by bike, on horseback, roller skating, and either by powerboat or sailboat. I’m a little rusty on the latter but improving. It’s been fun exploring this beautiful continent. Linden Labs, along with the moles, should be proud of what they are creating. No, it’s not complete yet, but what is here will keep you busy for weeks.

Recently I went wandering by bike and took a few snaps on my exploration. You don’t have to be a resident of Bellisseria to enjoy the many gardens and park-like settings. I include a landmark where you can start your own exploration of this new continent here. Maybe you will decide to have a home away from home here soon. Be kind to one another. TWMA♥
