The gown Starlet is by Ghee and a combination of mesh and flexi.  The back draping is just plain and simple gorgeous.   While the flexi portions do increase the ARC, this gown is just as stunning without if you so choose to wear it that way.  Personally I will wear it with the flexi as I have seen many ladies on the dance floor with an ARC considerably higher.  Much higher lol.
