Having switched over to a mesh body entirely has kept me busy these last few weeks digging through every file in my inventory. Sorting, deleting and storing I have managed to reduce my inventory to 15.5K showing. Having done that though leaves me severely lacking in lingerie as a lot was system clothing. System clothing done very well I might add, and being new to appliers (which is just another fancy name for system clothing for mesh in my book), trying to find lingerie that is done well has been a real adventure. Having trashed half the appliers that I have bought recently (no demos 😦 ), I was thrilled to see erratic at collabor88 this month with sets of bras and panties done extremely well. The fatpack of Fiona now hangs in my inventory closet proudly. This is a set of lingerie to show off too 🙂 The lacy textures and colors are exquisite, and well, the bra and pantie design is just down right classy. Thank you erratic! Each set comes with system layers, Slink Physique, Maitreya and Omega appliers. How’s that for more bang for your Lindens? I refused to trash my very extensive lingerie drawer because I simply haven’t found the same quality out there in applicators yet. Basically after the fun of undressing I just flick to the naked mesh body for playtime. Best of both worlds, nice lingerie and errr ummm nice curves where it counts LOL.
Of course any new lingerie I am buying (cause we can never really have enough of it right???) I am buying as applicators for the mesh body and like you I pounced on the new release by Erratic. It is soooooooooo pretty.
Hopefully there is much more high quality lace coming our way!
I tried going back and forth and for me found it to be too much to keep track of. One of my favorite designers (Blacklace) has been doing updates to her line of lingerie and all of her new designs include the appliers as well. I keep going out foraging for the new and MP has been a big help in tracking down a few finds, and of course I am making the rounds of all the events too. I would just like to see more mesh lingerie instead of appliers made for the mesh bodies. I am sure the designers are hard at work trying to play catch up and pulling their hair out in the process grumbling that enough is enough lol. I don’t envy them in the least.♥

I couldn’t agree more with your assessment about appliers being nothing more than system clothes for mesh bodies, as I thought the same thing. I have bought a few appliers and been very disappointed in the quality and not just specific to lingerie as I haven’t bought much of that. Now that I have yours and PB’s comments on the one at Collabor88 I just might try them.
I agree that poor quality appliers are not limited to lingerie and I am keeping a list of designers I will continue to buy from. I just hate to spend good money and then have to trash some. A DEMO would be nice. Erratic has great mesh clothing & I have some of their mesh lingerie as well so I felt safe in purchasing the appliers without a DEMO, you just never know though.
