This weekend Cain Maven of Maven Homes and Quantum Luxury Homes introduces a new release, The Cranmore. It’s a renovated barn with rustic, industrial flavor. The home has a footprint 32m x 35m and a land impact of 175 which includes kitchen and bath furniture. A parcel of 2,048 sq. m. or larger is recommended.
The main entry opens into a large living area with loft above. Through a wall of sliding barn doors you will find the kitchen/dining/living combination. A separate wing that comprises a bedroom and bath completes the floor plan.
A home control system includes security, lockable doors, adjustable window tint and lighting that can be turned off, on or dimmed. Lighting color can also be adjusted and automatic mode will adjust lighting according to sim time of day.
Other features include a large picture window that opens and closes, patio, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom interiors that can be removed. A painter HUD is included for easy recoloring of interior walls. Another feature included is texture restore for repairing most accidental texture changes. This build also employs Materials technology.
The Cranmore is sitting in a medium skybox environment which gives me just enough area to do a bit of landscaping. I love the wall of windows along the back of the house and the blend of rustic barn features with industrial fixtures. The Cranmore is going to be used as my getaway when Lost Horizon is open to the public, so this is getting a complete interior decor job. Rustic Industrial is not my forte, but it will be before I am done. I promise to share photos here. In the meantime here’s your ride. Be kind to one another. TWMA♥
