As the storyline goes, Du Petit Lac Des Cygnes is located in the Southwest area of France at the foot of the Pyrenees mountain range.  Having lived on regions surrounded by water, this is an ongoing learning experience for me.  It’s tested my terraforming abilities to be sure.  The actual lake for which the build is named takes up over 1/4 of the region.  The Chateau and the grounds surrounding it takes up almost 1/2 with the farmhouse turned cafe/winery along with the vineyard and orchard comprising the remaining area.  Landscaping as always takes up much of the land impact in my builds.  In the above photograph, I am standing near one of two walls of fountains that enclose the pool area.  It’s still a work in progress for the most part, and so over the top but I love it! Maybe I’ll have this place open before the year is out lol.  Be kind to one another.  TWMA♥

Like the quote, my life is full of little pleasures.  Moments spent with Henry, horseback riding, good music, exquisite shoes and finding that one piece of clothing that makes you stop, do a double take and say to yourself, “Hello gorgeous!  Where have you been all my life?”

A bit of backstory first.  I am not a coat person in Second Life.  Oh, I have a few denim jackets in my closet that are collecting cobwebs and a few fur stoles/coats in cold storage as well.  It’s just that a coat or jacket is not what I have considered a must-have in the past.

So, I was at a new event recently buying an outfit from Gizza and decided to take the landmark to the new store as I had not yet visited.  There were several pieces that caught my eye, and yes they were whispering, “Take me home Cougar”.  Then upon entering another section of the store I stopped and squealed.  Really!  I squealed!  Hanging there on a wall was the loveliest wrap coat I had ever laid my eyes on!  I grabbed the Maggie DEMO, went home and tried it on.  The fit was and is divine and the style classic.  You know I bought it. I did have a conundrum deciding on the color but ended up with my favorite, a midnight tweed which I wear above and a midnight suede.  Yep, you get two coats with purchase!  Squeals again! Thank you, Giz.

I mentioned shoes above and today I am wearing a recent release by GOS named Cassie. I’m such a sucker for a pretty pair of shoes and if they’re stilettos pumps they are mine, mine, mine!  I have several of the new designs that are fitted for Maitreya and lately, I have been pleased to see several color HUDS included in his beautiful creations.  Thank you, Gospel.

Now you may or may not wonder where Cougar is off to.  Well, I’m on my way to meet Henry for a bit of lunch.  I thought to surprise him with my new finds.  A new coat, new shoes, a bit of silk stocking and a little lace that leaves very little to the imagination.  What?  Henry’s entitled to a little pleasure too:P   Happy Hump Day everyone.  Be kind to one another.  TWMA♥
